Where does JELLIFIT ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping options
JELLIFIT strives to have orders delivered as quickly as possible once your order is accepted, using the delivery method you select on the Site. Delivery times and fees will vary based on the shipment destination, delivery method selected and availability of products in inventory. Delivery time calculations are from the shipment’s departure from the distribution center.
We also offer Free Standard shipping on all orders over $35 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts and any third-party fees. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, we only offer Expedited Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
When will my order ship?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm PST are processed the next business day). Then UPS/USPS takes it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can at JELLIFIT TEAM and we’ll get back to you.
I can't find my package!
If you are unable to locate your package, please reach out to JELLIFIT TEAM right away!
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I put the wrong shipping address!
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email JELLIFIT TEAM immediately. We'll try to help correct the address as long as it hasn't been already sent!
